ChromaLayer offers a 14-day full trial with no account required, specifically so you can confirm it works on your laptop, your GPU, and your display before spending anything. We'd rather you find out for free that it isn't a fit than refund you afterward.
If ChromaLayer doesn't work as described for your setup — for example, your integrated GPU isn't supported, or a core feature (the watchdog re-apply, the presets, Restore Baseline) genuinely doesn't function — email support@chromalayer.app within 14 days of purchase with your order ID and what went wrong. We'll refund you in full through Dodo Payments, our payment processor.
Since the product page and blog are explicit about current limitations (no HDR, no multi-monitor color control, no hardware calibration), a refund request based on one of those stated limitations will be handled the same as above — try it during the trial first, since these are known boundaries, not bugs.
We aim to respond to refund requests within 2 business days. Processing back to your original payment method depends on Dodo Payments and your bank, typically 5–10 business days after we approve it.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
